Regarding pending refunds for 2023 products

Dear and valued Customers.

Thank you for your patience and patronage of the idol Official Store. We would like to update you about refunds for products purchased in 2023 that were accepted until May 2 that are still being processed.

For refunds to customers who paid via PayPal but whose accounts have not been credited even after 10 days since receiving the refund automated message, our team is currently working on a solution and one by one you are all being refunded as this blog post is being shared.

We are also experiencing a situation where some customers who used payment methods other than PayPal have not received their refunds after 10 days since they received the refund notice. We are consulting directly with the payment gateways to determine the cause and a proper solution. We apologize again for any further inconvenience this may be causing.
