Terms of service

Delivery of Products

  1. In-Stock Products: In-stock items will be dispatched within seven (7) business days after payment verification for domestic deliveries, and within fifteen (15) business days for international orders. Please note that if in-stock items are purchased alongside made-to-order products or other items with a specified shipping schedule, all items will be shipped together once all items are available for dispatch.

  2. Made-to-Order Products: These products will be delivered according to the shipping schedule displayed on the respective product sales page.

  3. Digital Products: Generally, digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after the payment is verified.

  4. Other Products: These will be shipped based on the timing outlined on their respective product sales pages.

Please accommodate any requests made by the delivery service providers appropriately.


Customers will be notified of the acceptance/non-acceptance of pre-orders by email, in compliance with Article 13 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Pre-orders are not cancellable or refundable once payment has been confirmed.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations

  1. Cancellation or Replacement of Orders: In case of unanticipated circumstances such as natural disasters or other events beyond our control making production or delivery untenable, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment. Once payment has been confirmed, we will not accept any returns, cancellations, or replacements due to personal circumstances, excluding cases of initial product defects.

  2. Defective Products: In the case of initial product defects, do not use the product and follow the steps outlined below. The company may decline returns or replacements if the product has been used or if the given period has lapsed since receipt of the defective product. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective product and for delivering the replacement.

    Procedure for Returning Defective Products:

    • Contact us at idol-support@bravegroup.co.jp within seven (7) days of receiving the defective product, detailing the defect.
    • Return the defective product following our instructions within three (3) months of receipt.
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send a replacement.

    Please note, if the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

  3. Refused Deliveries, Long-term Absence, Incorrect Address: If a delivery is returned to us due to refusal of receipt, long-term absence, or incorrect delivery address, the product will be stored for three (3) months from the shipment date. If you wish for the product to be reshipped within this time, you will be responsible for any associated shipping fees. Failure to accept delivery or comply with instructions will not result in a refund.

    After the storage period, the company will deem you uninterested in receiving the product and reserves the right to dispose of the product at our discretion. In such cases, you will be billed 100% of the product price as a cancellation fee, along with any incurred shipping and storage costs.

Furthermore, should we be unable to deliver your product due to reasons attributable to you before the lapse of the storage period, we may revoke your access to our services.
